Tango for Piano

Tango for piano

The piano tango is the meeting with the Habanera that gives life to the Milonga.
The Milonga is the matrix of rhythmic construction of the tango, since about 1916, it was named: Milonga. The first tangos have a division in 2/4 and the speed of execution is rather sustained; with the passing of the years also the 4/8 time becomes usual. The lyrics are performed on the music that leads to a progressive rhythmic slowdown very incisive in the interpretation itself. In this way the typical “piano tango” trend is determined. Since 1915, the absolute classics have been born, such as the “cumparsita”, where the rhythm is strongly cadenced but not uniform: at times pushed to accelerated, alternated with other subdued and slowed down.

New

The tango is very linked to the union of body and spirit, the tango is identified in the life that passes in a direct line without rest, full of pain, passion, ardor, sometimes sarcastic metaphorically, symbolizing the tears, the joy of smiles of the human being.
It is not to forget the “erotic” element, the triggering energy of love.

do not discover your face,
you expect me far away in a marine place,
shell of love, I love you without shame.
With your eyes you take off your clothes;
I want you, in an infinite orgasm,
I look for you among images painted in the void,
you left me on an abandoned path,
without truce, without hope,
in this life from the present to the past;
I love you and I loved you.
